Desert Morning

very tiny lizard (baby Side Blotch?) maybe an inch and a half total from head to end of long tail



marks in the sand, probably the of tracks of a young sidewinder rattlesnake, which moves by curving its body and pushing on the sand first one way and then the other



cholla, always beautiful when backlit...
